The company is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee software engineering functions and drive the successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment.
• Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Provide technical guidance on modern engineering practices, architectures, and emerging technologies.
• Implement and enforce best practices across development, testing, and deployment to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
• Align engineering strategies with organizational goals and long-term product roadmaps.
• Build and develop engineering capabilities to support ongoing growth and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of engineering methodologies, modern programming frameworks, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with project management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, technology best practices, and software quality standards.
