HRBP (m/f/d)
Our Client:
Our client are seeking a HRBP to join their team. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Factory acts as the primary HR point of contact for the manufacturing facility, supporting both white-collar professionals and blue-collar factory employees.
The role partners closely with factory leadership to ensure effective workforce management, employee relations, compliance with UAE labour regulations, and alignment with our client's business objectives.
The HRBP plays a critical role in manpower planning, employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management, while ensuring a productive, compliant, and positive workplace environment within the factory.
Your Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering

Act as the main HR point of contact for factory leadership and department heads.

Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce matters.

Support the alignment of HR initiatives with operational objectives within the manufacturing environment.
Employee Relations & UAE Labour Law Compliance

Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

Provide guidance to management and employees on UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.

Promote a respectful and compliant workplace while minimizing employee grievances and operational disruptions.
Manpower Planning & Workforce Management

Support factory manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with operational needs.

Assist in company-wide manpower planning initiatives in coordination with HR leadership and department heads.

Monitor workforce requirements including blue-collar and technical roles to support factory operations.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Identify staffing needs within the factory and source suitable candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders and hiring managers.

Support recruitment efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent for both technical and operational roles.
Onboarding & Employee Integration

Manage the onboarding process for new joiners in the factory.

Coordinate with the PRO agency for visa and labour processes.

Work closely with line managers to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Performance Management

Coordinate with managers and HR leadership to ensure performance appraisals are conducted within the defined timelines.

Support managers in setting performance goals and evaluating employee performance.

Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on performance reviews.
Policies & HR Compliance

Support the development, implementation, and amendment of HR policies to ensure applicability within the factory environment.

Ensure employees and managers are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Health & Safety Coordination

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure mandatory health and safety trainings are completed by factory employees.

Support initiatives that reinforce a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives within the factory to foster a positive work environment.

Support initiatives that strengthen teamwork, morale, and employee satisfaction across the workforce.
Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage.

5+ years of HR experience with a minimum of 2 years as HRBP in UAE, preferably within manufacturing, IT industry.

Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforce.

Strong experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.

Experience in workforce planning and factory HR operations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work closely with operational leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
