A leading organization within a regulated environment is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Architect to drive its strategic IT evolution. The company is modernizing its core systems and requires an expert capable of defining and governing a robust infrastructure landscape across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and evolve the infrastructure landscape across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, including roadmap definition and architectural governance.
• Integrate People, Process, and Technology dimensions into infrastructure design, ensuring consistency across enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• Provide architectural guidelines, target‑state vision, and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment of projects with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders—business, operations, architecture, and security—from concept design to final delivery.
• Validate infrastructure‑related project deliverables while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Identify risks related to infrastructure architecture and lead mitigation actions across all involved teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with strong knowledge of system layers from hardware to logical architecture.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments, with hands‑on architectural expertise in Azure Cloud.
• Strong mastery of architecture design patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
• Proven coaching, presentation, and mentoring skills with the ability to support both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong reporting and documentation capabilities with the ability to structure complex technical content.
• Adaptable, proactive team player with a pragmatic mindset and commitment to high‑quality standards.
