Manager – Information Technology (UAE National / Emirati) (m/f/d)

To lead and manage the company's Information Technology function, ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of technology infrastructure, enterprise applications, user support services, cybersecurity controls, and IT operations in alignment with organizational priorities, governance requirements, and business continuity needs.

Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant professional certifications in infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, service management, or project management will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of IT operations, enterprise applications, networks, information security, user support, and IT governance practices is required.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in information technology, IT operations, infrastructure management, systems support, or related technology functions is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience with direct accountability for IT service delivery, team leadership, vendor coordination, and operational planning is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, end-user support, network services, cybersecurity controls, and technology vendors is essential.
  • Proven success in managing IT budgets, service providers, technology projects, systems availability, risk mitigation, and compliance with information security and governance requirements is required.
  • Experience within the UAE and familiarity with service-oriented, government-related, or regulated operating environments will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
  • IT Operations, Planning, and Service Management - Lead the planning, coordination, and management of day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the effective delivery of infrastructure services, enterprise applications, user support, and service management processes in alignment with business requirements and service standards.
  • Infrastructure, Systems, and End-User Support Management - Oversee the performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, business systems, devices, connectivity, and end-user support services in order to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the organization.
  • Cybersecurity, Risk, and Vendor Oversight - Manage technology-related risks, support the implementation of cybersecurity controls, oversee IT vendors and support contracts, and ensure adherence to organizational policies, information security requirements, and applicable governance standards.
  • Technology Projects, Budget Management, and Reporting - Monitor IT budgets, oversee assigned technology initiatives, track service performance, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making, cost control, service enhancement, and the effective delivery of IT priorities.
  • Team Leadership and Business Engagement - Lead, develop, and guide the Information Technology team; collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers; and ensure the delivery of responsive, business-aligned technology services that support organizational efficiency, continuity, and growth.
