Marketing Director – Middle East
Location: Riyadh, KSA

Reports to: Senior Marketing Director, UKI & ME /Dotted: Snr Director Middle East
Role Purpose
Lead Adobe’s marketing strategy and execution across the Middle East, driving growth through high-impact scaled GTM (Brand, PR, Comms, Digital, Web etc), localised programmes, flagship events (e.g. LEAP, GITEX, Tourise), and strategic partnerships. This includes oversight of key strategic KSA Government partnership programme, executed by the regional marketing team. The role is pivotal in positioning Adobe as the AI Customer Experience leader in alignment with national digital transformation agendas and Adobe’s growth objectives.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute regional marketing strategy aligned with Adobe’s global priorities and Middle East growth plan.
- Helping to define the regional comms strategy to position Adobe as a key local partner driving national initiatives forward (e.g. Saudi Vision 2030, UAE AI Strategy 2031)
- Establish the vision and mission to step change market share growth in the regions through transformative marketing
- Establish, develop, mentor and coach in region high performing marketing
- Ensure tight collaboration with Marketing leadership in EMEA and Global to deliver corporate aligned marketing plans
- Strong strategic direction and cross functional global x regional collaboration to define and execute high impact integrated marketing plans across; Web, Digital, PR, Comms, Webinars, BDR and Events
- Own the regional demand generation and ABM plan with data driven initiatives and robust execution to deliver on pipeline creation and booking targets in partnership with sales.
- Lead flagship events strategy (LEAP, Adobe-hosted flagship events etc) aligned to pipeline and ARR goals.
- Oversee regional one-to-many motions such as webinars, communities, vertical and persona tailored 3rd party events across the region
- Lead in partnership with the executive engagement team 1-1 and 1-Few VIP dinners, executive experiences and briefings in the region
- Strategic support and execution of multi-channel co-marketing with key regional partners
- Build executive-level relationships with government, CXO leaders, and strategic partners
- Represent Adobe at industry forums, conferences, and customer briefings to amplify the Adobe CX AI story as the regional thought leader.
- Drive alignment with Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, BDRs, and Partner teams
- Drive the measurement, analytics and data driven insights and actionable optimisations to drive greater effectiveness, attainment against KPIs and ROI.
- Extreme ownership of regional marketing KPIs tied to: account engagement, attendees, pipeline creation, and ARR growth
- Manage fiscal planning and budget to deliver the outcomes
- 15+ years in B2B marketing, including 10+ years in people management.
- Proven regional marketing leadership in tech/SaaS in the Middle East
- Expertise in Strategy, Integrated Marketing, Performance Marketing, Measurement, Field Marketing and partner marketing
- Established existing government and strategic partner relationships
- Strong commercial acumen
- Native Arabic speaker (and strong English communication skills / strong influencer)
- Data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
- Cross-functional leadership in a large matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, deliver measurable outcomes, and lead transformation.
