We are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and support the execution of procurement strategies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing, strong supplier performance, and full compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing cycles (RFI/RFQ), supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure contracts include KPIs, SLAs, risk‑mitigation, and sustainability requirements.
• Support category strategy execution and promote preferred buying channels.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sustainability, Risk, and other internal teams.

Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement or commercial roles.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in the pharma industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
