SAFe Agile Project Manager – Microsoft Cloud (M365 & Azure) (m/f/d)

A large organization undergoing a major digital transformation, focused on modernizing its technology landscape and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions. The company is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to drive delivery excellence across complex, multi-team programmes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile delivery across large, multi-stream programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective coordination across distributed teams.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, enabling collaboration, visibility, and continuous improvement across cross‑functional delivery groups.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery governance, including planning, budget oversight, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure delivery plans incorporate service readiness, process alignment, and operational transition requirements.
• Manage programme dependencies, proactively removing impediments and ensuring smooth progress across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure delivery meets governance, compliance, and quality standards within a highly regulated environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong background in Agile delivery frameworks, particularly in coordinating large‑scale, multi‑team programmes.
• Proven experience managing complex digital transformation initiatives within regulated industries.
• Ability to use enterprise delivery and backlog‑tracking tools to manage progress, dependencies, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of service design, transition, and operational readiness principles.
• Experience collaborating with diverse technical and business stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Strong risk management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to drive decisions and maintain delivery momentum.
