We’re looking for a Senior IT Operator to join our team and support mission-critical IT operations in a dynamic and high-performance environment. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive under pressure, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure using tools like Splunk, SCOM, Cricket

• Supervise scheduled jobs via Autosys/Automic, following established procedures

• Analyze alerts, raise incidents, escalate when needed, and apply predefined fixes

• Execute service requests using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, vRealize, vSphere

• Perform daily operational checks and scheduled tasks

• Restore files, emails, and folders using NetBackup Veritas and manage tape operations

• Provide first-level Service Desk support outside regular hours (weekends & holidays)

• Coordinate and execute monthly/year-end operations with IT and finance teams

• Maintain and update technical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and precision

• Excellent hand-eye coordination for technical tasks

• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure

• Solid understanding of IT production environments

• Familiarity with ITIL best practices: Incident & Change Management, Knowledge Base, CMDB
