Role Overview An experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with deep functional expertise across key HCM modules and proven delivery experience in large-scale implementations, preferably within the government sector. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, end-to-end implementation capability, and hands-on configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Solution Delivery
Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, covering:
Requirement validation
Solution design
Configuration
Testing
Deployment and production support
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient HCM solutions.
Provide multiple solution options and workarounds, aligning business needs with system capabilities.
Functional Expertise
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in below Fusion Modules:
Core HR
Self-Service HR
Payroll
Recruitment
Performance Management
Learning Management
Fusion Time and Labor
Configure and test Oracle Fusion HCM modules to ensure alignment with HR business requirements.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and government authorities.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making forums.
Act as a trusted advisor in defining HR transformation strategies.
Testing & Issue Resolution
Lead functional testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and configuration issues.
Ensure system stability and performance post go-live.
Documentation & Governance
Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Design Documents (FDD)
Test Scenarios and Scripts
Ensure adherence to project governance and documentation standards.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Support junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Participate actively in multiple parallel discussions and project streams.
Mandatory Requirements
12–15 years of overall experience with strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.
Minimum 5 full lifecycle implementations, preferably including government sector projects.
Strong hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Deep understanding of the full implementation lifecycle.
Proven ability to map business requirements to system functionality.
