Solution Architect (m/f/d)

A global professional services organization are seeking a Solution Architect to strengthen their technology organization and support enterprise‑wide digital initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain enterprise, domain, and solution architectures to ensure consistency and long-term strategic alignment.
  • Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps that support transformation and scalability.
  • Define architectural standards, principles, and reference models, ensuring their adoption across delivery teams.
  • Provide technical leadership by guiding teams during design reviews, governance meetings, and major programme deliveries.
  • Assess and introduce innovative approaches to improve agility, performance, and time‑to‑market.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional, security, and operational expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture or similar technical leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, modelling practices, and design principles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into coherent, scalable, and secure architectural designs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to drive decisions in complex environments.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is considered an asset.
