Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support across platforms, tools, and services.
- Manage the full lifecycle of support requests, including intake, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation.
- Classify and resolve issues based on severity, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor system health, identify recurring issues, and raise preventive alerts to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain and improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge repositories.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and troubleshooting using logs and metrics.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests under SLA constraints and coordinate across teams.
- 3–7 years of experience in technical support, platform operations, or cloud support roles.
