A large international organization operating complex IT environments and large‑scale network infrastructures. The organization is seeking a Senior System Design Engineer to contribute to the design, validation, and evolution of critical network and system architectures supporting business‑critical services.

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and translate business and technical requirements into robust system and network designs
· Assess design options, benefits, and trade‑offs to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and resilience
· Validate design compliance and support deployment activities to ensure alignment with defined requirements
· Optimize systems through capacity management, performance tuning, and continuous technology evolution
· Perform complex incident resolution and root cause analysis to ensure service stability
· Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams

Qualifications and Skills:

· Strong experience in system software and enterprise IT infrastructure design (5+ years)
· Solid expertise in wide area networking, security concepts, routing, and high‑availability architectures
· Proven knowledge of local area networks, switching, segmentation, and redundancy mechanisms
· Experience with enterprise wireless network design and troubleshooting
· Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and result‑driven mindset
· Ability to collaborate effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
