Training Lead - SAP Tax & Revenue Management (Native Arabic-speaking candidates)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to support the Qatar General Tax Authority’s national transformation program, replacing legacy tax systems with modern digital platforms across SAP Tax & Revenue Management (SAP TRM) and Microsoft Dynamics. The Training Lead will drive the full learning strategy, develop the curriculum, and deliver training to end users and trainers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall training strategy for the tax system modernization project.
• Shape and design the training curriculum, learning paths, and training architecture.
• Establish and enforce training material standards, templates, and guidelines.
• Oversee and program‑manage a training team (up to 8 resources during peak).
• Deliver train‑the‑trainer sessions and hands-on workshops across SAP TRM and Dynamics.
• Create high-quality training assets including guides, job aids, e-learning content, and system walkthroughs.
• Collaborate closely with SAP TRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and process owners to ensure accurate and aligned content.

Required & Preferred Background

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in training strategy, curriculum development, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong experience in tax or finance training domains (preferred).
• Experience with SAP Tax & Revenue Management is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now or AI-driven training content tools.
• Expertise in curriculum creation, instructional design, and enterprise learning delivery.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Qatar (priority for candidates already in Qatar).
