Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Genesys Cloud platform. This role involves cross-country collaboration and alignment of infrastructure with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Genesys Cloud solutions tailored to contact center operations
- Collaborate with suppliers to define technical blueprints and manage service delivery
- Ensure platform stability and performance through proactive operations management
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with internal IT systems and workflows
- Share best practices and provide technical escalation support
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries
- Support incident management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with the Genesys Contact Center Analyst on routing, IVR, and KPI tracking
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud (Architect, WEM tools, digital channels, analytics, AI)
- Proficiency in JSON, RegEx, APIs, and dynamic workflows
- Degree in IT, Business, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- GCP certification is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Europe and available for remote work
