Ten years ago, I started my career with Halian in Berlin. I had no idea then just how far that journey would take me — literally. What began as a local opportunity quickly evolved into something much bigger, and today, I’m proud to call Dubai home.

The Dream of Going Global

From the beginning, Halian always made me feel like I had room to grow — not just in my role, but as a person. Over the years, I took on new challenges, led new projects, and kept one goal in the back of my mind: to one day live and work internationally.

Thanks to Halian’s incredible support, that dream became reality. A year ago, I moved from Germany to the UAE with my entire family. Relocating is a huge step, and doing it with loved ones adds an extra layer of complexity — but with Halian, the transition was seamless. They were with us every step of the way.

Professionally, it’s been a huge step forward. I’ve had the chance to work on exciting cross-border projects, build new relationships, and contribute to Halian’s growth in the region. Personally, my family has settled in wonderfully — which, as any parent knows, means everything.
