Halian is pleased to share that they have acquired Staffgroup. This strategic move creates compelling new opportunities within the Recruitment and IT Solutions market, reinforcing the companies’ visions and commitments to innovation and growth.

The new organisation will operate under the Halian brand and will combine the best of both companies to provide clients with an even broader range of services and solutions delivered with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Halian acquiring Staffgroup will create a combined revenue of over £100M. The expanded global brand strengthens Halian’s position within the market as a top-tier IT Solutions and Recruitment service provider in Tech, Digital, Financial Services, Property & Construction, and the Renewable sectors.

The two companies can leverage their combined power to drive innovation, accelerate growth, and deliver more excellent value to clients by joining forces. The combined entity will have a broader geographic reach across EMEA, an expanded portfolio of services and solutions, and a larger talent pool, enabling the company to better serve clients across industries and regions.

CEO of Halian, Stuart Fry, has been appointed Group CEO of the newly merged business. The companies have 47 years of expertise and will have coverage from over 1000+ employees in 12 locations and over 2,400 client relations.

The acquisition was completed by March 1st, 2023.
