Role Overview

We’re seeking a B2B Marketing Performance Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization. You’ll be the go-to person for driving measurable ROI across digital channels and scaling demand generation efforts for a B2B audience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.

· Manage HubSpot (or similar automation tools) to build workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing sequences.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROI) to improve campaign efficiency.

· Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize messaging and targeting for B2B buyers.

· Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline impact.

· Stay up to date on best practices, tools, and trends in B2B performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For

 

· 4–5 years of proven B2B performance marketing experience.

· Strong expertise in HubSpot (automation, CRM, reporting).

· Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving ROI in lead generation campaigns.

· Solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey, funnels, and conversion optimization.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.
