Senior AI GTM Consultant - Public Sector (Middle East)
About the Opportunity
A leading global technology and consulting organisation is seeking a Senior AI GTM Consultant to join its rapidly growing AI and Digital Transformation practice in the Middle East.
This is a high-impact client-facing role focused on helping government and public sector organisations define, shape, and execute AI transformation agendas. The successful individual will work directly with senior decision-makers across ministries, government authorities, and public sector entities to develop AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Advise government and public sector organisations on AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Define value propositions, business cases, ROI models, and AI adoption strategies.
- Support the design and execution of proof-of-concepts, pilot programmes, and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to shape AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Engage and influence senior government leaders, executives, and key stakeholders across the Middle East.
- Support business development and presales activities, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
- Contribute to thought leadership, market insights, and the development of AI consulting offerings and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, technologies, and public sector innovation initiatives across the region.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, business transformation, AI, data, analytics, or related client-facing roles.
- Proven experience advising public sector organisations within the UAE and broader Middle East region.
- Demonstrated success delivering or shaping AI, machine learning, generative AI, analytics, or digital transformation programmes.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and executive-level business cases.
- Strong experience managing senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level executives and government decision-makers.
- Experience supporting complex consulting engagements, business development initiatives, and presales activities.
Technical Knowledge

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa as required.
- Experience working with ministries, government authorities, regulators, or public sector entities within the GCC is highly desirable.
