AML/KYC Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced AML/KYC professional to support compliance operations and due diligence activities within a regulated financial services environment. You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to AML regulations, conducting risk assessments, and supporting onboarding and review processes.

Responsibilities:
· Perform AML/KYC reviews and due diligence assessments for corporate and institutional clients.
· Analyse client documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
· Support onboarding, periodic review, remediation, and data quality initiatives.
· Identify compliance risks, inconsistencies, and operational issues, providing appropriate recommendations.
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance-related documentation.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of regulatory and operational activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
· 3+ years of experience in AML, KYC, Compliance, Financial Crime, or Regulatory Operations.
· Strong understanding of AML/CFT principles and investor or client due diligence processes.
· Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements within a European environment.
· Experience with sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and risk assessment activities is an advantage.
· Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
