Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional to manage and optimize our Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence), design and maintain engaging SharePoint content, and contribute to UI/UX design using Figma. This hybrid role requires both strong technical administration skills and creative design capabilities to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and user experience across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Atlassian Administration (Jira & Confluence)

  • Administer and maintain Jira, Jira Services, and Confluence instances, including user management, permission schemes, project configurations, and space management.
  • Redesign and optimize Jira forms, issue types, permissions, workflows, and custom fields based on team and organizational requirements.
  • Develop automation rules and integrations to streamline processes.

SharePoint Content Design & Management

  • Design, structure, and manage SharePoint sites, pages, and document libraries.
  • Create visually engaging layouts, templates, and dashboards for effective information sharing.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational knowledge management and governance practices.

Figma & UI/UX Support

  • Use Figma to design intuitive and user-friendly layouts for SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clean, accessible designs.
  • Support digital workplace projects with wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide training and user support for Atlassian and SharePoint tools.
  • Stay updated on Atlassian, Microsoft 365, and design best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence administration, preferably on the Atlassian Cloud platform.
  • Proven experience in designing custom workflows, issue types, screens, and project schemes.
  • Strong understanding of Jira Automation, permission schemes, notifications, and user roles.
  • Experience with Confluence space configuration, templates, macros, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with integrating Atlassian tools with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Experience designing and managing SharePoint sites and content.
  • Experience with Figma for wireframing, UI/UX design, and prototyping.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong customer service mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira Service Management and/or Atlassian Marketplace add-ons.
  • Familiarity with ScriptRunner, Insight, or Advanced Roadmaps.
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and scripting (e.g., Groovy or Python).
  • Atlassian or Microsoft SharePoint certifications are a plus.
