Business Analyst – Fund Distribution (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a team supporting Fund Distribution activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business needs, driving system enhancements, supporting testing activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical applications within the asset management environment.

Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders across Fund Distribution operations.
· Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
· Plan, execute and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
· Support production releases, monitor post-implementation activities and coordinate issue resolution.
· Provide functional support for production incidents and contribute to root cause analysis.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimise operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Asset Management, Fund Distribution, or Transfer Agency (TA) environments.
· In-depth knowledge of fund distribution processes, transfer agency operations, and shareholder record-keeping.
· Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise complex information.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
· Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
