Compliance L&D Lead (m/f/d)

Job Purpose
The Compliance L&D Lead drives learning and development initiatives across the Group Compliance function to enhance individual and organizational performance. This role ensures the effective execution of the Compliance Training & Awareness Plan, collaborates with stakeholders across the business, and supports a strong compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver compliance training programs aligned with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Lead technical training initiatives for compliance staff to maintain up-to-date expertise.
- Develop and implement awareness campaigns to promote a strong compliance culture.
- Conduct training needs assessments and tailor programs accordingly.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and senior management to support engagement and cultural initiatives.
- Manage external training providers and consultants as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: University degree in Finance, Banking, Risk, or related field. L&D certification is a plus.
- Experience: 5–15 years in compliance, training, or organizational development within financial services.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance risks
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Ability to work across cultures and regulatory environments
- Languages: Fluent in English; French or other languages from the Group’s locations are an asset.
