A leading international real estate business have an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual business plans, forecasts, and assist with long term financial models for real estate projects and portfolios.
• Track and analyze property-related expenses, revenues, and profitability.
• Provide inputs to evaluate the financial viability of new development projects, acquisitions, and investments.
• Work closely with property managers, development teams, and asset managers to monitor financial performance.
• Oversee cost control, budget adherence, and expense tracking across multiple properties and projects.
• Manage cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Oversee debt financing, loan covenants, and relationships with financial institutions.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling, valuation and investment metrics.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
