Key Responsibilities *
Main duties and day-to-day tasks expected from the resource Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
Within large projects, defines and maintains realistic project plans, supervises progress against agreed quality and performance criteria and ensures programs of work are correctly allocated and resourced.
Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Required Skills *
Primary technical and functional skills Run scrum ceremonies with development and project team.
Coach team in scrum methodologies to improve maturity.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment, coordinating with various departments such as marketing, IT, and customer service
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Required Experience / Knowledge Areas *
Specific domain or industry knowledge required Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
Good-to-Have Skills
Additional skills that are an advantage but not mandatory Finical Services; Digital technologies (web and mobile applications); CRM systems; and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the financial services industry.
Key Deliverables *
Expected outputs and outcomes from the resource Accurate and up to date sprints and agile boards in Jira.
Managed user stories and refined backlog ready for sprint planning.
Certifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, other technical qualification, or related field preferred.
