An international engineering company active in advanced electrification technologies is seeking a Senior System Architect to lead the definition and delivery of system architectures for complex electric propulsion and power conversion solutions. This position combines technical leadership, system design, customer interaction, and cross-functional coordination within a global development environment.
Responsibilities: · Define and maintain system architectures for advanced electrified systems across the full product lifecycle. · Translate business and customer needs into robust technical concepts, requirements, and architectural solutions. · Act as the main technical reference for architecture-related topics and support discussions with customers and internal stakeholders. · Coordinate engineering activities across software, hardware, safety, calibration, validation, and integration teams. · Analyse technical issues, lead root cause investigations, and drive the implementation of system-level improvements. · Contribute to safety-related engineering activities and ensure compliance with applicable development and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills: · Extensive experience in system architecture, systems engineering, or product development within automotive, industrial, or power electronics environments. · Strong understanding of system design methodologies, requirements management, integration, verification, and validation processes. · Proven experience with electrified propulsion systems, power conversion technologies, or high-voltage applications. · Knowledge of functional safety principles and safety-oriented system development. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience addressing complex technical challenges. · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
