Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Our client, a leading technology company in the mobility and electrification sector, is looking for an experienced Systems Infrastructure Engineer to support the development of advanced electronic control systems. This position plays a key role in defining system architecture, driving technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:
· Lead the definition, development, and deployment of system infrastructure functions across the full product lifecycle.
· Develop system requirements and architectures while balancing performance, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
· Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding assigned system functions.
· Coordinate activities across software, hardware, testing, safety, and integration teams to ensure successful project execution.
· Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive implementation of effective corrective actions.
· Support safety and compliance activities, contributing to risk assessments and safety-related engineering deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
· Extensive experience in systems engineering, preferably within complex electronic or embedded systems environments.
· Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture, integration, verification, and validation processes.
· Experience leading technical discussions with customers and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
· Solid understanding of functional safety principles and safety-critical system development.
· Proficiency with engineering and requirements management tools such as JIRA, Polarion, Enterprise Architect, or similar platforms.
