Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer to support the quality and reliability of complex software solutions within an international technology environment. The role combines hands-on testing, test strategy, automation and coordination with development and business teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities: · Define and maintain effective test strategies, scenarios and test plans. · Design, execute and automate functional and integration test cases. · Perform API, database and end-to-end system testing across complex applications. · Coordinate testing activities and ensure appropriate coverage of business and technical requirements. · Manage defects, investigate root causes and work closely with development teams through resolution. · Support UAT activities and continuously improve testing practices and automation.
Qualifications and Skills: · Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance. · Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent. · Good knowledge of SQL, databases and system integration testing. · Experience developing and maintaining automated tests. · Familiarity with containerised environments and monitoring/observability tools. · Strong knowledge of Agile environments, defect management and test management practices.
