ServiceNow Developer – HRSD Module (m/f/d)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module to join our client’s digital transformation program. You will be responsible for developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions with a focus on optimizing and automating HR services and processes.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on the HRSD module
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
• Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance with best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and support testing activities
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong experience with the HRSD module (Case and Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) within the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.)
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into ServiceNow functionality
• Familiarity with ITSM or other ServiceNow modules is a plus
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, HRSD Implementation Specialist) are an asset
