We are looking for an experienced Solution Manager / Technical Manager to join our HCM Strategic Operations project within the manufacturing and automotive sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HCM modules and demonstrate strong leadership and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation and optimisation of HCM modules including Organisation, Personnel, Payroll, Time, and Recruitment.
• Oversee at least 5 full end-to-end implementations.
• Drive migration initiatives to S/4 HANA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, LMS) and SmartRecruiters (Recruiting).
• Coordinate with the AMS provider (non-DXC) and internal business teams.
• Ensure alignment with local HR processes, particularly in Germany (DE), Mexico (MX), Brazil (BR), and Czech Republic (CZ).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in HCM modules as a Senior Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Proven track record of at least 5 E2E implementations.
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA migration.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters platforms.
• In-depth understanding of local HR processes in DE, MX, BR, and CZ.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
