Technical Lead (m/f/d)
We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical technical initiatives and contribute to the development of impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, coding, and maintenance of medium to large applications and modules.
- Apply strong Agile software development principles and practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilize robust systems analytical and technical design skills to create effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.
- Ensure the quality and performance of developed software through best practices and code reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in software engineering and development.
- Proven expertise in web technologies such as Angular, React.JS, Node.JS, or Next JS.
- Strong background in back-end technologies including Java (8+), Spring, Spring Boot, Restful APIs, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Elastic Search, Cassandra).
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
