Job Summary
In this role, you'll drive the full recruitment cycle: from winning new clients to matching top candidates and managing the entire hiring process to successful placements.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Build and expand your own client portfolio in the IT/Tech sector
· Provide strategic consulting and staffing solutions to your clients
· Actively source and engage candidates across multiple channels
· Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from first contact to signed contract
· Offer comprehensive support to both clients and external freelancers
What You Bring:
· 2+ years of 360° recruitment experience, ideally in IT contract staffing
· Fluency in German (min. C2) and English (minimum C1 level)
· Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills
· A proactive mindset, structured work style and a genuine team spirit
