Your Mission
We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Greece, working from our Athens office in a hybrid capacity. This role is pivotal to our expansion in the Greek market, with a strong focus on client acquisition and business development.
You will be responsible for hunting new clients, developing business relationships, and building Halian’s presence in Greece. While you will also manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and headhunting candidates. The primary objective is to attract and secure new client partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in Greece.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Develop market maps and strategies to target key employers in Greece.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms and social media.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate CRM and pipeline.
  • Attend industry events, meetups and networking opportunities to promote Halian’s brand.
  • Consult with clients on hiring strategies and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Mentor junior team members and champion best practices.

Your Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within the IT or tech sector.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Greek recruitment market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Experience with online interview platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Ability to understand and explain technical job requirements.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and a strong professional network.
