About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Client Service Officer to join our Client Service team. This role acts as a key interface between our clients and our technology products, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding and due diligence to ongoing support and service reviews.

This is a hybrid role requiring both strong client relationship skills and a solid understanding of financial technology products. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating technical environments and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage client onboarding, due diligence, and configuration of technology products.
  • Conduct regular client service meetings and performance reviews.
  • Translate client needs into technical requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs and stack traces, and support technical resolutions.
  • Configure AI bots and assist with product customization when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and product delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Service, Account Management, or Customer Support in a technology-intensive environment, ideally within the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products and familiarity with Open Finance concepts.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; diplomatic and client-focused.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented but capable of working independently on client matters.
  • Technical skills such as Python programming, log analysis, and Java stack trace reading are a strong asset.
