We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team building an end-to-end AI-powered data processing and analytics platform for the enterprise.
This role combines platform-focused data engineering with hands-on client delivery. The successful candidate will support the deployment and implementation of the platform at client sites, working directly with client teams to translate business requirements into data pipelines, integrations, analytical workflows, and production-ready use cases. The role requires a practical, delivery-oriented mindset and the ability to bridge product capabilities with real-world client needs.

The role requires a practical, delivery-oriented mindset and the ability to bridge product capabilities with real-world client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and support the platform in client environments – field data engineering.
- Work with client stakeholders and our BAs to understand business requirements, data sources, and target use cases.
- Translate client use cases into data engineering solutions, including ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishing workflows.
- Design efficient data layers and warehouse/lakehouse structures following industry best practices, such as medallion architecture, while considering storage, memory, performance, and scalability constraints.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using the platform’s native capabilities.
- Integrate the platform with client databases, object stores, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Process unstructured data using open-source AI/ML models – OCR, STT, classification etc.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and capture field feedback for product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.
- Excellent SQL and Pythons knowledge and coding skills.
- 3+ years of experience building data warehouses and data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of data platform concepts - data lake, data warehouse, ETL, big data processing (designing and supporting variety/velocity/volume), real time processing architecture for data platforms, scheduling and monitoring of ETL/ELT jobs
- Practical experience working with ML/LLM for typical unstructured data processing tasks
- Experience working with Clickhouse, Spark and Trino would be a big plus.
- Good corporate capacity, good communication skills.
- UAE National
