Purpose of the Job:
This opportunity will see you being a key part of the Dynamics CE team and participate in all phases of the development and support life cycle for Dynamics CE Online products/services/features and build new features and work closely with the Senior Stakeholders as well like Product Manager. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience on customizations with Dynamics CRM, MS Dynamics administration, workflows, Power Platform, configurations (including UI / form development, unified client interface), security, reporting / dashboards, migration, web resources, data integrations. Candidate should have Strong and proven experience & functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE mainly in following Modules: Sales, Customer Service, Dynamics 365 for Marketing (Outbound / Realtime), Customer Voice and Power Automate and power pages.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The role must execute the following core responsibilities:

  • Participate in grooming sessions with key business users, and able to provide best solution according to business requirements.  
  • Provide Solutions and Estimations and sub tasks for each user story / requirement.
  • Provide strong analysis for the requirements and their impact of current implementation.
  • Provide commitment for the time and stick to release timeline. 
  • Work on Sales, Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Power Platform, Power Automate and Customer Voice modules.
  •  Work on CE latest customizations & keep his knowledge up to date regarding the new features.
  • Perform end to end MS Dynamics CE Implementations, deployment and technical documentations activities and Integrations with other systems.
  • Fulfils any troubleshooting, Monitoring and maintenance requirements and provides support for the seamless functioning of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Work on Visual Studio, source control.
  • Work on CRM Web API, REST/ODATA and soap ENDPOINTS
  • Work with Scrum Master and work on the key areas for improvement. • Work with architecture team for technical designs / solutions and ensure they meet the requirements.
  • Work closely on Support and Delivery as to ensure tickets / defects resolution.
  • Experience in conducting demos with stakeholders to ensure all new and existing features are working as expected.

Knowledge:

  • Holds excellent knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM modules (sales, customer service and marketing) and CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Holds good Knowledge of .Net Platform.
  • Holds good knowledge of Power Automate
  • Candidates should be self-driven and should be able to independently work with the different teams as per requirement.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Good sense of quality. Strong ability to think and act analytically.
  • Able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines.

Skills: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience using MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong and solid hands-on Experience as MS Dynamics developer involving MS Dynamics cloud offering configuration, development of Customizations and extending capabilities of the platform (like Workflows / Plugins).
  • Strong experience with MS Dynamics Cloud Offering Modules including Customer Service Hub and its new features (e.g., Unified SLA / KB Article), Dynamics 365 Marketing (Outbound / Realtime), Customer Voice, and Sales and Power Apps and power pages.
  •  Good experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows
  • Strong and solid hands-on Experience as a developer with C#, ASP.net, .Net core and Web APIs.
  •  Experience with Azure Synapse Link and Data Flows development
  • Experience with banking industry is preferred.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced agile team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Typical Experience/Knowledge required for the job:
Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience with prior knowledge of working as MS Dynamics CRM Developer. 
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  •  Experience in Confluence and Jira 
  • Experience working with product/ technology delivery teams and support
