Digital Program Lead – Supply Chain & Compliance (m/f/d)

We are supporting a major international organisation in the deployment of a strategic digital initiative related to product traceability and regulatory compliance within a complex supply chain environment.
The role involves working across multiple regions and coordinating both technical and business stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
·  Lead the delivery of a global digital solution ensuring alignment with business needs, timelines and budget constraints
·  Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, quality and external partners
·  Manage system integration topics and ensure consistency of data flows across interconnected platforms
·  Oversee compliance-related activities linked to regulated environments, including documentation and validation processes
·  Define and implement operational processes to support the solution after deployment (governance, support, continuous improvement)
·  Support change management and drive user adoption through communication and training initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:
·  Strong experience in programme or project management within complex, international environments
·  Background in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, manufacturing or similar) is a plus
·  Experience working on digital transformation or supply chain-related projects
·  Good understanding of system integration and data exchange concepts
·  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT
·  Strong communication skills and structured, analytical mindset
