A large international organisation is accelerating its digital transformation and modern workplace strategy. As part of this journey, the company is rolling out collaboration, productivity and AI‑powered tools to support new ways of working across the organisation. To ensure successful adoption, we are looking for a Digital Workplace Change & Adoption Specialist to support employees, managers and leadership teams in embracing these tools and embedding them into their daily work.
Responsibilities: · Design and deliver Digital Workplace training programmes tailored to different user groups and maturity levels · Facilitate workshops, webinars and individual coaching sessions, including for senior stakeholders · Create clear and user‑friendly adoption materials (guides, FAQs, quick references, short videos) · Execute change management activities aligned with a structured methodology (communications, training, reinforcement) · Lead specific adoption and change initiatives end‑to‑end, addressing resistance and tracking adoption outcomes · Collaborate with IT, digital workplace teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong experience with modern collaboration and productivity tools and their business use cases
Proven background in training, coaching or user enablement within digital or IT environments
Hands‑on experience with change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR or similar)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to simplify complex topics
User‑centric mindset, empathetic and focused on supporting adoption and behavioural change
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
