Enterprise Architecture Specialist (m/f/d)

As part of a digital transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced professional to define and drive the organisation’s IT architecture strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives.
The role involves working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and ongoing modernisation and integration projects.

Responsibilities:
· Define and maintain the overall IT architecture strategy in line with business goals
· Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise architecture solutions
· Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
· Establish and enforce architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
· Ensure seamless integration between existing systems and new technologies
· Identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation within the IT landscape
· Produce and maintain architecture documentation (models, diagrams, repositories)
· Support project teams by providing expertise on architectural and technical challenges

Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience in IT / enterprise architecture or complex system design
· Good knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or equivalent)
· Solid understanding of infrastructure, applications, and system integration
· Experience in cloud environments and transformation initiatives
· Familiarity with security, risk, and compliance considerations
· Ability to structure and formalise complex architectures
