A leading international professional services organization is undergoing a major digital transformation and is looking for a Functional Analyst to help bridge business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design sessions.
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support digital transformation initiatives involving systems, data flows, and business applications.
- Contribute throughout the full solution lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Functional Analysis, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, data flows, and solution design principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at multiple organizational levels.
- Proactive, adaptable, and ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
- Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
