You will join a multidisciplinary engineering team working on next-generation electronic products in a highly innovative environment. The role focuses on hardware validation, testing, and troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of complex systems.
Responsibilities: · Define and develop functional validation plans aligned with product requirements · Design, build, and continuously improve hardware test benches and setups · Execute functional testing and analyse system behaviour under different conditions · Contribute to the development and automation of testing processes · Investigate hardware issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution · Support validation activities (environmental, EMC) and collaborate with production teams on technical improvements
Qualifications and Skills: · Strong experience in hardware validation and embedded electronic systems · Solid understanding of analog electronics and power electronics · Proven ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis · Experience with test bench development and hardware testing tools · Knowledge of testing standards, validation processes, or compliance environments · Fluent in English with strong communication skills
