? Your Mission

• Architect and optimize IAM solutions for both workforce and customer identity (WIAM & CIAM)
• Design reference architectures and guide their implementation
• Evaluate technologies like Microsoft Entra, Ping Identity, and recommend best-fit solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM policies and processes
• Act as a trusted advisor across technical and business teams
• Share knowledge and ensure continuity through documentation and training

? What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in IAM architecture or related roles
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver), access control models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC), and IAM technologies (SSO, OAuth, SCIM, etc.)
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align IAM with business goals
• Excellent communication and change management skills
