A leading international organization in the insurance and financial services sector, delivering innovative digital solutions and secure IT services to support its business operations. The company is currently strengthening its Identity and Access Management capabilities and is looking for an experienced IAM/PAM Engineer to support and evolve its security landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain IAM/PAM best practices, procedures, and security standards
- Integrate new business applications and systems into IAM/PAM platforms
- Provide technical support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IAM/PAM solutions
- Design, develop, and automate workflows, provisioning processes, and access governance
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM/PAM incidents and technical issues
- Collaborate on projects, audits, and platform enhancements, including testing of upgrades and patches
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics or a related field
- Strong experience (5+ years) in IT with a focus on IAM/PAM solutions
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or VBScript
- Solid knowledge of directory services, web technologies (REST, SOAP, OIDC), and system environments (Linux/Windows Server)
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English required (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
