Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead strategic business application and transformation initiatives within a complex international environment. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery from inception through implementation, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Coordinate application migration, system integration, and transformation activities while minimizing business disruption.
Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests, implementing mitigation plans when required.
Drive communication and alignment across business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
Prepare governance reports, monitor KPIs, and provide regular project updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Experience with application transformation, system integration, and data migration projects.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, priorities, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
