A leading international financial services organisation specialising in secure infrastructure and high-volume transaction processing is seeking to strengthen its cybersecurity capabilities. The organisation is focused on enhancing identity governance, access control, and operational efficiency within its IT environment, with a strong emphasis on compliance, automation, and security best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements across cybersecurity and IT stakeholders
  • Define and document end-to-end processes related to privileged access lifecycle (creation, modification, deletion, access control, onboarding, offboarding)
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Analyse current processes, workloads, and operational inefficiencies to identify automation opportunities and support business case development
  • Produce process documentation, use cases, and Standard Operating Procedures to support implementation and operational readiness
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to support solution design, testing, implementation, and organisational adoption

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or transformation projects
  • Good understanding of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management concepts and lifecycle processes
  • Proven ability to define requirements, document processes, and create use cases and operational procedures
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in agile environments and supporting testing and implementation activities
