Partner Account Manager is a key role in the channel organization. PAM will manage the relationship between the company and the assigned Global System Integrators, focusing on growing Google Cloud business in the Kingdom. Your role is to enable and empower global system integrators to become an effective selling engine for Google Cloud in Saudi Arabia. You will need to cooperate with other functions within the company, such as marketing, sales, engineering, service delivery, and finance, in growing Google Cloud business.

- Manage the set of assigned system integrators and have close relationships with the partner at all levels (executives, sales, presales, finance, delivery)
- Set targets and agree on them for each partner
- Develop a partner account plan with a defined set of LSIs
- Manage deal registration
- Conduct structured Bi-weekly pipeline review with the partners
- Engage to support partners in their pipeline efforts whenever required, either directly or by working with other teams in the company
- Coordinate partner enablement sessions (either onsite or webinars)
- Work with the partners to make them co-sponsor the company / Google cloud events
- Coordinate order processing between the company Partner Ops and the partner's procurement team.
- Coordinate with the company finance to regularly and timely check on the credit/collection status with the partners and ensure no hold is in place proactively to guarantee smooth order processing.
- Provide reporting on partner performance.
- Work with the partners to grow the pipeline for GCP in Saudi Arabia
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner or channel management within the Saudi Arabian market. This includes a proven track record of developing and managing a partner ecosystem, specifically with global system integrators.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through partners. You must be skilled in creating and executing partner business plans, setting and exceeding targets, and managing a joint sales pipeline to increase Google Cloud's market share.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels—from C-suite executives to technical and finance teams.
- Exceptional understanding of the broader cloud computing landscape. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions and enable partners to sell them successfully.
