The organisation is building next-generation capabilities to support new forms of digital value exchange and is seeking a senior architect to define and guide the evolution of a strategic platform at the core of its future operations.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the long-term architecture vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy and innovation objectives
- Drive the evolution of platform capabilities to meet emerging business needs and technological opportunities
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and governance across multiple teams and initiatives
- Act as a technical authority, reviewing solution designs and ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality
- Provide guidance, reusable frameworks, and best practices to engineering and architecture teams
- Ensure platform security, compliance, resilience, and integration across internal systems and external ecosystems
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience in platform architecture within distributed and large-scale systems environments
- Strong expertise in designing scalable, API-driven and event-based architectures
- Proven track record in defining architecture standards, governance models, and roadmaps
- Experience with cloud environments, automated delivery practices, and secure system design
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across both technical and business teams
- Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with practical delivery constraints
