A leading professional services organization is undergoing a large-scale transformation initiative to strengthen its portfolio management capabilities and governance framework. The organization is seeking a Portfolio Management Consultant to support strategic portfolio oversight, investment prioritization, and governance across multiple business and technology domains.
Responsibilities
- Drive the maturation and continuous improvement of portfolio management practices and governance processes.
- Support portfolio governance activities, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, business priorities, and delivery initiatives.
- Facilitate demand, capacity, and resource management across multiple portfolios and domains.
- Monitor portfolio performance and health through reporting, KPI tracking, and risk identification.
- Lead prioritization exercises and support decision-making for strategic investments and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective portfolio planning, execution, and value realization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in Portfolio Management within a technology-driven or digital transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, investment management, demand management, and prioritization frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience using portfolio management tools and platforms to support governance and reporting activities.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Portfolio Management is considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with SAFe Portfolio Management principles and Agile delivery environments is advantageous.
