While delivery teams are already in place, this role provides product leadership, prioritization, and direction across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a product leader who thrives in complex environments and has a strong track record of building and scaling successful mobile products. Experience in healthcare is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from consumer technology, digital platforms, startups, or high-growth technology businesses are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term product strategy and vision.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product capabilities and enhance user value.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to guide product direction.
  • Develop and maintain multi-quarter product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Champion customer-centric and data-driven product decisions.
  • Lead customer research, journey mapping, user interviews, and problem validation activities.
  • Partner with UX and design teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging mobile experiences.
  • Translate complex business needs and stakeholder requirements into clear product priorities.
  • Use research and insights to uncover unmet customer needs and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary product representative for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across technology, operations, compliance, commercial, and external partner teams.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks, and decisions with clarity and influence.
  • Align diverse stakeholder groups around a shared product vision.
  • Convert strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to plan and prioritize initiatives.
  • Balance short-term delivery demands with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful product execution.
  • Guide and support delivery teams while empowering them to manage day-to-day execution.
  • Ensure requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and remove blockers where necessary.
  • Maintain focus on delivering high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory, privacy, security, and governance requirements.
  • Work closely with technical and legal teams to support secure and compliant product development.
  • Promote best practices in data quality, integrity, and user trust
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators related to adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Establish a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous product improvement.
  • Drive regular reviews of product performance and roadmap effectiveness.
