You will join a small, agile QA team comprising 3 internal members and 2–3 external collaborators. The team operates within the Quality Assurance (QA) domain, focusing on BI/data analytics projects. The role is hybrid, with up to 2 remote working days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BI reporting projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project scope, resources, budgeting, and cross-charging.
• Oversee the full system development lifecycle: from requirements gathering to delivery and validation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprints, stand-ups, backlog grooming (via Azure DevOps).
• Coordinate and execute Change Requests across deployed reporting systems.
• Manage production releases with a structured, risk-aware approach.
• Plan and execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Maintain system documentation and testing protocols.
• Participate in stand-ups and architecture review meetings.
• Liaise with IT and compliance teams for validation requirements.
• Coordinate with IT owners and senior stakeholders.

Experience Required

• 3–8+ years in BI/data analytics projects (mid to senior level).
• Proven experience in GxP-regulated environments and CSV.
• Strong Agile project management skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Snowflake.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Technical expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake).
• Experience in pharma or other GxP environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with Veeva, especially Source Quality Vault.
• Understanding of BI reporting concepts (e.g., star schemas, medallion architecture, database models).
• French language skills are a plus; Dutch is less critical.
