A large organization undergoing a significant digital transformation, with a strong focus on modernizing its CRM capabilities through the implementation of Salesforce. The organization operates in a complex, multi-entity environment and is seeking to strengthen its internal governance and strategic oversight as it transitions key capabilities from external partners to in-house teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement governance frameworks and decision-making processes for the Salesforce platform
- Ensure alignment across multiple parallel initiatives to maintain a coherent, organization-wide CRM vision
- Oversee budget planning, tracking, and optimization related to Salesforce initiatives
- Manage and coordinate stakeholders across various departments, entities, and external partners
- Report on progress, risks, and strategic direction to senior governance bodies (e.g. steering committees, executive leadership)
- Safeguard the overall Salesforce architecture, avoiding duplication and fragmentation across user groups and entities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience with Salesforce at a functional or strategic level (no coding required)
- Proven expertise in governance, coordination, and structuring decision-making processes
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership
- Strategic mindset with the ability to define long-term vision and ensure consistent execution
- High level of autonomy, maturity, and organizational skills
